Commercial Electronic Communication Information Notice

This Commercial Electronic Communication Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, in order to inform you about the commercial electronic communications to be sent by FIXER Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“FIXER”).

Commercial electronic communications are sent based on your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK and the Law No. 6563.

Within the scope of sending commercial electronic communications, your personal data may be shared, where necessary, only with email and communication infrastructure service providers and solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Withdrawal of Consent for Commercial Electronic Communications

You may withdraw your consent to receive commercial electronic communications at any time, without providing any reason, by sending a request to info@fixer.com.tr.

Withdrawal of your consent shall result in no further commercial electronic communications being sent to you as of the date of withdrawal.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data are processed

  • Request information if your personal data have been processed

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data

  • Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data
