This Cookie Policy has been prepared by FIXER Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“FIXER”) to inform you, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), about the processing of your personal data through cookies and similar technologies used on the website www.fixer.com.tr (“Website”).

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device through your browser by the websites you visit. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. First-party cookies are created on the domain you are visiting; third-party cookies are created on a different domain.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use

• Strictly Necessary Cookies and Technologies

  These are required for the Website to work, for its security and to remember your cookie choice. They cannot be turned off and do not depend on your explicit consent. The persistent first-party cc_cookie cookie stores your cookie choice. The fixer_consent_queue entry in your browser’s local storage keeps consent records not yet delivered to our server for up to 7 days. Cloudflare Turnstile security verification runs on form pages to prevent abuse.

• Analytics Cookies

  These help us measure how the Website is used through statistics and operate only if you give your explicit consent. For this purpose we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC. The persistent _ga and _ga_TD3DBW2LE1 cookies are created as first-party cookies on the Website’s domain; the data collected through them is sent to Google.

The Website does not use advertising or marketing cookies. Cookie durations and providers are shown in the list at the end of this page.

4. Personal Data Processed and Method of Collection

Your data is collected electronically and by automated means through cookies and similar technologies. If you allow analytics cookies, online identifiers, pages visited, interactions on the Website, device and browser information, and location estimated from your IP address may be processed. During Cloudflare Turnstile verification, your IP address and browser and device information may be processed. As this data may be linkable to you, it should not be regarded as anonymous.

When you save or change your cookie choice, we record the consent ID, the action taken, the selected categories and services, the text version in effect at the time, the language, the page on which the action was taken and the date.

5. Purposes and Legal Grounds

• Strictly necessary cookies and security verification: Processed to operate the Website, ensure information security, prevent abuse of form submissions and remember your cookie choice, on the legal ground that processing is necessary for our legitimate interests under Article 5/2-f of the KVKK.

• Analytics cookies: Processed to produce visit and traffic statistics, measure Website performance, and identify and improve content and navigation issues, on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK.

• Consent records: Processed to document your cookie choices and to exercise or protect rights relating to those records, under Articles 5/2-e and 5/2-f of the KVKK.

6. Transfers of Personal Data

If you give your explicit consent, data collected through analytics cookies is transferred to Google LLC. Data processed during Turnstile verification and Website traffic are processed by Cloudflare, Inc., our infrastructure and security service provider. As these providers’ servers may be located abroad, your data may be transferred outside Türkiye. Article 9 of the KVKK applies to transfers abroad.

7. Retention Periods

Your cookie choice is kept for 180 days, after which we will ask you again. Consent records are deleted 730 days after the date of the record. Analytics cookie durations are shown in the list at the end of this page. Data whose retention period has expired, or whose purpose of processing no longer exists, is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.

8. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

When you first visit the Website, you can set your choice for non-essential cookies using the “Accept”, “Reject” or “Preferences” options. Rejecting does not prevent you from using the Website.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page, and withdraw your explicit consent using the “Withdraw consent” button on this page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. When you withdraw, analytics cookies on the Website’s domain are deleted. Third-party and HttpOnly cookies cannot be deleted by the Website; you can clear them in your browser settings.

You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some features of the Website may not work.

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,

• request information if it has been processed,

• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,

• know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,

• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

• request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,

• request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,

• object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively through automated systems,

• claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

10. Policy Updates and Contact

FIXER may update this Cookie Policy in line with changes in legislation and in the technologies used on the Website. Updates take effect on the date they are published on the Website.
