Contact Form Information Notice

This Information Notice has been prepared to inform you, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), about the processing of your personal data obtained through the contact form on the website operated by FIXER.

1. Processed Personal Data

The following personal data are processed within the scope of the contact form:

  • Full Name

  • Email address

  • Company name

  • Message content

  • Commercial communication preference and language

  • IP address and submission date

  • Browser and device information processed during security verification

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Receiving and responding to your communication requests

  • Managing quotation and proposal processes

  • Carrying out sales and business development activities

  • Conducting pre-contractual negotiations

  • Re-contacting potential customers

  • Evaluating requests and applications

  • Ensuring information security and preventing abuse of the form

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared;

  • Only with authorized persons within FIXER,

  • Limited to infrastructure and technical service providers for the purpose of providing the service,

in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

In this context, your data may be processed and transferred through infrastructure service providers located in Turkey or abroad, such as Google Workspace, Cloudflare and Hetzner.

Cloudflare Turnstile security verification is used to prevent abuse of the form. For this purpose, your IP address and browser and device information are sent to Cloudflare, Inc.

4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected electronically via the contact form available on the website. Your IP address and browser and device information are obtained automatically when the form is submitted and during security verification.

Your personal data are processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • Your explicit consent pursuant to Article 5/1 of the KVKK,

  • Data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right pursuant to Article 5/2-e of the KVKK,

  • For IP address, browser and device information and security verification, data processing being necessary for our legitimate interests pursuant to Article 5/2-f of the KVKK

5. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data are retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and for as long as required by the purpose of processing. Upon the expiration of such periods, your personal data are deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the applicable legislation.

6. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data are processed

  • Request information if your personal data have been processed

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose

  • Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad

  • Request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurately processed

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in the legislation

  • Request notification of such actions to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred

  • Object to the processing of your personal data exclusively through automated systems

  • Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data

These rights may be exercised within the scope of the KVKK.
